First part gives the results of the "recount", which includes invalid votes. The audit then identifies fraudulent votes, which is the meat of the findings. Those have not been released/leaked yet.

The draft that was leaked only shows certain details but no smoking guns. MSM is just reporting on the draft and assuming it's the full story.
