I only buy one brand. Organic Girl spinach & greens. I need to start growing them. Itβs a matter of learning how & figuring out how to grow it in the winter. I know people do it.
eating veggies is retardo plant fiber is literally indigestible the only acceptable way to consume vegetables is by juicing them in a masticating juicer or else the fiber is such a strain on ur digestion ur always going to be burning through fat reserves just to not become constipated from fiber as well as alkalizing ur digestive tract which will make you not absorb protein making sure any meat you do eat will not be absorbed and a waste of digestion basically, two reasons why vegans are so skinny
when I juice raw celery I juice like 3-4 entire plants and that gives me enough juice for 1-2 days which is the max amount of time before the nutrient die off with an air tight seal if its done with non masticating juicer like blender you literally just destroyed all the vitamins etc but if you were to eat 4 plants of celery every 2 days ur eating all that fiber for a slight benefit I can actually forego since im that healthy but if you actually eat the fiber ur just fatiguing ur body for absolutely no reason thats why they promote veganism if you follow it for real you die in like 5-7 years check this lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFF30jfTubU

YES! Especially tomatoes, like gross. I will go all winter without tomatoes until mine are growing fresh on the vine.
