Are you reading C. H. Spurgeon's online or a certain book?

Your welcome. Start with about a tablespoon until you are sure you like it.

That’s funny 😆 I had coffee every Sunday morning at my grandparents house. I basically had coffee (can evaporated) milk with lots of sugar. Now I put 1/4 stick butter & Chobani Coffee Creamer, sweet cream flavor. It’s cost more but it doesn’t have the bad junk other than natural flavors. I normally avoid natural flavors.

I bet most people use creamer.

It’s joyous to see the tides turning for once. I’m on my second or third cup today, I don’t remember. I’ve never been a big coffee drinker unless I was very cold. My grandma drank it black from sun up to bedtime. Since switching to “dirty” carnivore drinking coffee helps when I’m craving chocolate or sweets. I put butter in it & it’s got a hint of salt. I’m weak I’ve gotta have creamer. Enjoy your ☕️

Blake Shelton - Jesus Got a Tight Grip

I appreciate your daily post. I’ve gotta comment on this one. First let me say I haven’t heard the song, I usually don’t listen to him. Nothing against his talent, he’s very talented and I normally really like his songs. Given the fact of who is wife is maybe the song should be The devil got a tight grip I’m slightly educated in history from Okie, Nashville good ole boy to Hollywood. I’ve followed his ex-wife since the beginning and seen her nine times. I don’t claim to know what goes on behind closed doors with anyone especially celebrities. It’s just odd he went to Hollywood and was a judge on The Voice. Now looking when I hear one of Miranda Lambert’s (ex-wife) old songs she wrote when they were together I often wonder about him. I’ve seen her up close in the pit and you see all the emotions. Just after the divorce she was a wreck. Crying through out the concert. I’d like to say this is just my opinion. If he’s in the grip of Hollywood he’s most certainly not the only one. He wouldn’t be the first to sing about God/Jesus and be worshipping the devil. I just find it ironic he would sing a song like this. Hopefully he’s truly a believer. I’ll listen to the song. Thanks for sharing.

I’m old enough to remember him being a big name athlete. It’s so sad he went from being a strong man to a weirdo. I feel like getting involved with the Kardashians was the start of his downfall. But, who knows he could have lived a double life. Sure would have been easier in the 70s & 80s with out modern day technology of tracking & a phone in every hand.

This is wonderful! I have a soft spot for Ireland & Scotland because it’s part of my DNA. I pray every country is taking back by the working citizens.

I’ll check it out, thanks for the review. I’m kinda weird I like war movies, both historical ones with swords & with modern weapons. You can’t go wrong with Mel Gibson in front or behind the camera. I started watching The Last SamuraiI and turned it off. I have to be in the right mood for subtitles. I like romcoms occasionally. I prefer historical & britbox type tv series. I wonder why tv series from UK & Spanish are better. Seems like they have more depth and less drama.

I’d probably get something weird or ugly. Just one reason I’m not saying I want a pepe😆 Although Elvis or pirate Pepe would be cool.

Thanks for sharing. I don’t remember where I saw this, probably YouTube, every country or region has story about the flood.

Below are a few links that I trust. Plant Therapy is an essential oil company & they have a good blog. Aromatics.com is a good company. I can’t find a search for moods, bipolar etc. Look into aromatherapy, diffusing essential oils.

Look at the ingredients here. If they haven’t used herbs I’d try only one first. This company has good information and very respected. I haven’t ordered from them. They have a helpful blog. https://www.mountainmausremedies.com/bipolar-herbal-tincture

He’s a doctor that’s geared towards natural medicine. I don’t agree with everything he says like nutrition. You might find something helpful. He list essential oils. If you need good companies I can give my suggestions. https://draxe.com/health/manic-depression/

Psychedelics is mentioned a lot in this Shawn Ryan video. I hadn’t heard of it before this. They did mention it’s not legal in the USA.

Agreed, I don’t remember the doctor, either Dr Ken Berry or Dr Anthony Chaffee, saying carnivore cures most disorders including mental disorders. If someone doesn’t want to do carnivore I’d suggest keto or between keto & carnivore. They say the processed foods cause illness including psychological disorders.

If you can die for your country in the military you should be able to own a gun. Will we ever change people’s minds on gun ownership?

I’d rather have a Toyota than any other vehicle. Sadly most American car brands just don’t hold up. I’d love to see cars back to being built like they were decades ago. If I hadn’t wrecked my 4Runner with about 150K miles I’d still be driving it. We know people with Chevy & GMC having trouble before 100K. My husband has a ford truck and I love it. He just told me (I think) the transmission is going out on GMC trucks at around 100K miles and has to be replaced. We have a Highlander now, it’s very nice but I’d rather have that old 4Runner. By the way I saw an article recently said some new cars were going up at least 12K because of tariffs. I don’t have the source.

Until that happens check out Genexa & Mommy Bliss. I’d stay away from mass produced elderberry or cough syrup, they taste awful!
