If the counted ballots match the official results does that mean there was no vote switching by the machines?

Waldrop testified in hearing way back when about seeing Dominion machines "talking" to Frankfurt

Dominium has been going around the country overwriting the logs in the machines which is illegal, a felony. Why would they be doing that unless they have something to hide
