If the counted ballots match the official results does that mean there was no vote switching by the machines?

I'm pretty sure all they had to do is run a fake election with the machines, then subtract the actual count make up the difference.
That does seem simpler, but why use all the fraudulent ballots then?
I dunno. Don't we have machines that can tell if money is fake? Like all vending machines. Why the heck haven't they been trying to make our elections more safe and secure at all for the past 20 years?
