AZ has ID for voting. Feds ruled that those "illegals" that couldn't prove citizenship could Vote for Federal offices only.

I'm sure there are more than a drop in the bucket of college age kids (ASU, UofA, etc) that established "residency" (or not) just for the lower tuition, but also receive ballots in their home States for voting. Diff State offices but Presidential would give them TWO votes. Also same complaint I have for those that have properties in different states and are so inclined to cheat.
