I trust people who steal national elections to follow rules.
This is the organization that elections officials say is the source for their audits the EAC certifies the elections approved auditors (Pro V&V and SLI), so naturally what they say about post elections audits is of interest. Interestingly also, this is the organization tasked with the responsibility of distributing HAVA and CARES funds (I think) to the elections officials.
EAC basically allows an unelected Federal bureaucracy to run State elections.
