All the same, you do need receipts to show people. Asking for evidence is a reasonable thing to do. E.g. Someone could spend a decade studying CRT and make the same argument when asked for evidence of all this racism.
Point them in the right direction as you know it. Maybe one of those videos with teachers sending homework telling students to rate their whiteness. Then let them loose, not out of reach if they get stumped. Then you can help the next person.
I find making things fun when in person helps. People desperately need to laugh more, at things that are actually funny.
