I think it will depend on how many in those sectors didn't take the vaccine so that they can survive without health problems into the future. Also how many traitors are involved in those sectors since many will be tried for treason or crimes against humanity with the election stealing and covid stuff. I think its going to be total chaos and we won't know until we're on the other side. The devolution stuff was just to keep the basic functions of government running through the chaos.
