I've used quercetin while having a bad cold. Can't say it did much. However, I don't have a recent example while not using it so I can't say for sure. Taking it regularly when you are not sick might help as well, although what I have read of Dr. Zelenko's work says low risk people don't need treatment at all, but if you want relief take quercetin, zinc, vit D3, and vit C when sick.
Edit: almost forgot. To answer your question. Sandhus Zinc + Quercetin from Amazon. Also seems to have Naturebell Quercetin on Amazon, but I have not tried it.
Dr Mercola quercetin is what I take.
