Hey Pedes. Just seeing if there is a specific brand or specific website you use for purchasing this supplement. I know that not all are equal in quality.

search on youtube (i know it's a censored shithole but useful nonetheless for some things) for homemade quercetin. all it requires is the peels of grapefruits and oranges. i prefer this to avoid pharma as much as possible
