Statutes, Codes, Acts, Ordinances, Decrees, Executive Orders, Mandates, etc. are not "LAWS" --- they are all "Policies" that fall under the rules of "Civil Procedure" and only apply to employees and dependents of the CORPORATION (CORPSE) that made them.
