Many people thought the point of the audit was to find out which votes were illegal (they did that) and then disqualify those votes (since they are Biden votes) which would change the election to be fairer, so then Trump could be legally declared the winner and we could decertify.
Why was there 0 talk about how almost all the illegal votes were cast for Biden. That's literally the most important thing the audit should reveal!
What am I missing? Is doing that illegal? If so where did we go from here? The audit didn't say Biden cheated, it said there was fraud, but it didn't say that they cheated. Wasn't that the reason millions of dollars were donated to the audit? To reveal that the democrats cheated?
I don't believe the auditors have the power to overturn the election. I believe all the results of the audit (including those that were not revealed in the presentation) are being sent to the state assembly or Senate for a hearing. The criminal evidence has been sent to the state AG.
So I guess if you think of it like a trial, the auditors were the prosecutors presenting the evidence & the assembly is like the jury. My question would be if they vote and decide to decertify the election, does the governor have to sign off on that? He said he won't and he's a POS.
