OSHA has put employers in a legal no man's land. they say your employer can "mandate" it but as it is still under EUA, it requires voluntary Informed Consent.
Informed Consent cannot be obtained through threat, intimidation, and coercion.
that's why the smarter employers have made an option to opt-out, however onerous, for the unvaccinated. but these too are arbitrary based on vaccine status not safety, and the employer only has the right to address safety issues.
