The seat belt law shouldnt even be, I believe Doe fought to force seat belts in cars but like all govt policy it increased to become a law where we have to wear one or be fined = govt money). I even disagree with the initial forcing of manufacturers to have them It shouldve came from the free market by the customers not buying cars unless they have seat belts creating competition thus forcing the companies to add in seat belts.
