MY ADVICE: take supplements when you pass 30...since your body is declining in it's ability to assimilate the nutrients from the food you eat...ALSO TAKE A MUTI-DIGESTIVE with Protease, Amalaze & Lipase... so you can "uptake" stuff from the food you eat...if you don't your stomach over-produces HCL to compensate for that which your pancreas is no long producing to help "break down" food in your stomach.
