the article is quoting the video of her which is literally directly under the quote. what's the problem here? there's a video of her speaking the quoted words....

There's no video of her saying they are going to "round up all of the unvaccinated staff." What she's doing is chilling enough, but this quote, which she didn't make, takes it to another level.
