I up voted it. I personally know several masons and they are iraq and Afghanistan vets. Combat vets. Several tours ..
I don't think they know what the upper ranks are up too.
My grandfather was a mason. And I'd stake my life on his decency and honor and compassion. Also, I once married a mormon and was part of the church for 5 years. A lot of terrific people in the church though much is hidden from them. But if you go through theough the temple marraige procedure as I did, wow do your eyes fly wide open... the rituals are directly from the freemason lodge. Even the 'do not reveal, under penalty of death' parts.
My church tried getting another church going in a smaller town we are invited by the people from that town to do so. But it was in a masonic lodge. I think because the cornerstones weren't put in the building we were able to have some success. But the church didn't last.
I didn't sense anything demonic or creepy in the building but we did a lot of spiritual warfare and cleaning of the building when we had services there.
I'm in Massachusetts and it's tied into our history. So it was a hard pill to swallow when my eyes opened over Lodges. Really made me. Re think alot ..

Yeah they keep it hidden from the lower levels.

It's tied into everything every where I think my town and the small town where I grew up are two of the few towns that never had a masonic lodge.
Let me ask you ...from one small townie to another... Do you think it's always been " evil"..or has it been infiltrated?
