A .rip file is a compressed copy of a CD or DVD, but it is not a photo file, it is a copy of video or audio. Frazzled.rip makes the most terrifying sense in the case of this video because "frazzled" would mean torturing a child for their adrenochrome/loosh and .rip means it is a copy of that horrific video.
