Moderna and J&J were why operation warp speed was created… he met with the CEOs and told them we need a vaccine in 12 months so we will fund you and we will take away all liability in the name of speed. Believing anything else is willingly supporting revisionist history. He knew the risks and he rushed forward anyway.
