Looks like it's from 2006.

Computer Programmer testifies that Tom Feeney (Speaker of the Houe of Florida at the time, currently US Representative representing MY district ) tried to pay him to rig election vote counts.

Feeney was later re elected after attacking the validity of Clint Curtis testimony ad hominem.

Curtis subsequently passed a polygraph test commissioned by a Washington, D.C. private investigator.

In September 2006, Feeney was named one of the "20 Most Corrupt Members of Congress" in a report by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington

If your interested, you can follow the rabbit hole a little further. His testimony was widely ignored and only investigated by one person from Florida Dept of Transportation. He is now dead. Suicided. Nothing else ever came out of this... They re-opened the suicide case a few years later, but then it was mysteriously shut down again. No reasons specified.

Yes, this happened a long time ago. Elections have been being rigged for ages, and both sides jumped on the new technology.
