when you say in 2024 Trump is re elected, means that he will take the seat soon and be re elected or?

I mean Trump will be elected in a landslide in the first democratic election after the cheating has stopped. This result will confirm the 2016 result (when Q stopped the cheating) and show the people how serious the cheating was.

Q+ may or may not return to act as president before then, it doesn't matter for the movie plot.
