The shitty part was the first section of this video - all the 'wargaming' and tabletopping and contingencies that he was so emphatic they did and were adequately prepared and planned for... and somehow $85billion in weapons ended up in the possession of the enemy. Was that also planned for? How do you think that incredible failure is something to tout as a planning and leadership success story?
