I agree with you that this needs to be said. Sometimes it seems like this .win has become a big Trump rally, albeit a Trump rally consisting of people with views "off the beaten track."
At this point, I really don't understand what benefit one has in trusting
"the plan." The fact that one is highly skeptical about a plan or a storm, does not mean that one has to trust mainstream narratives. Far from the truth. I wonder if putting trust in a hypothetical plan has actually delayed people's decision making on some fronts (Questions like : do I need to start applying to jobs where I can avoid the vax? Do I need to move to a state "friendlier" to the unvaxxed? etc.)
I'm sad to read that you are stuck in a situation like that, given how close you are to retirement. We are all really stuck in a very shitty situation.
