Today police have shot a citizen, chased another with helicopters and now as our first vax dose numbers drop we now need incentives. And all before lunch. We are catching up to our Ozzie neighbours real quick.

She said hardline anti-vaxxers are maybe only 5 percent of the population. The remainder are up for grabs, if you reach and persuade them.
