I'm not deaf but after watching it many times, I'm pretty sure she said something like this:

"Trump has bigger balls than anyone who's ever lived in the White House. Probably even DC. I mean they're fucking enormous. I'm pretty sure they are magical balls too because you can never ever beat this man either, even if you own the media and most of the educational system! Legend has it that Biden saw his balls a few years back and has been unable to function as a man ever since. He can't walk up stairs, follow instructions or even finish a sentence. Do not under any circumstances fuck with Trump and his massively glorious balls. "
