I am so, so, SO happy for you and your impending escape!!!!! We were looking to head for Myrtle Beach area sometime second half of next year....but my wife may be forced out of her job, and me in DoD, well...can't say yet. But we are so tired of it all...and may cash out the house in the next couple of months and move that timetable up. It's nearly unbearable here.
