Very interesting POV. I'm no expert on history, especially in that part of the world. Egypt/Ethiopia/Eritrea have all produced civil societies. The big experiment of Liberia is a Petri dish of a "black ruled" society. And now that the whites were pushed out of Rhodesia/Zimbabwe, it's gone to shit and SA is doing the same. Hard to blame anyone other than those in charge.

Eritrea is also another Orthodox country, so might have something to do with that.
