Click on operating status - right column Click on oversite activities - left column Click on voting rights - left column Click on DOJs Civil Rights Division in second paragraph It will not let you open that page no matter what. Updated January 15, 2021 From what I understand they have special capabilities to watch elections. https://www.inscom.army.mil/

ASA all the way... Looks like all you can get is a 404 not found for that DOJ link...

What's weird about that is that it's on DOJ letterhead and it has their url and still you cannot get to it. Someone has taken it completely away and was too dumb to remove the url.
