The USA is a Republic of 'STATES'. A Liberal/communist State Gov. will do whatever YOU let them get away with, until you get it into the SCOTUS. The US. GOV. does Not have to power to Force The STATES to Bow to Liberal/communism and a fake emergency. There are already 30 states that will refuse to comply.
