Equal protection clause refers to treatment under the law. The only way that is violated is if one group is prosecuted to a greater extent than someone else committing the same violation (currently no one has been prosecuted). The 14th amendment also grants voting rights to natural born citizens, unfortunately it does not highlight duplication of votes or illegal aliens voting. There are plenty of laws broken here but those mentioned in the 14th amendment of the constitution is not one of them.
You have no proof they were denied their vote, once again there is no data to support that and the official audit report didn’t conclude that. Maybe they will in the future, but not yet.
