I'm hoping it means they're being honest about it being a 'loan' from the fed, which is smoke and mirrors, and won't be repaid, as the unconstitutional fed and irs are bankrupt, and aren't coming with us to the return to the Republic.

How much of the national debt is the garbage illusion of 'currency' made by the fed/central banks, as debt with interest? Praying upon good men that are true to their word, and care about repaying debts... Gross!
