Help required with administering horse paste ivermectin

I've got my hands on two tubes of apple flavored ivermectin but I can't find the saved links I had for the correct administration/dosage. Could someone please share any useful links?

I put my dose in a one ply small corner of toilet paper and swallowed it. Not much taste.
