When I was in the Air Force we had a briefing with the (PACAF) COMMANDER Gen. What's is name. He said while China is a worthy adversary, there problem was there NAVY was to weak, small to support a U.S. INVASION. Granted, that briefing was in the late 90's, but I would assume it still holds truth today
