It had a YT video attached to it with a man and woman talking about a document that will allow the govt to use military (martial law) to replace employees.

The woman had white blond hair and the man was young with darker skin.

Any help is appreciated.

They probably have the same thing as us with the National Guard with whatever their "national guard" is called.
