I wonder if he's a large enough loose end to have a farming accident to the back of the head?

I hope he's ready to take precautions so he'll have time to give his statements, assuming he hasn't already. Bear in mind, a normal stipulation of being released by a court or under investigation supervision is not to associate with anyone whom you know is undertaking criminal activities.
