Does America’s Front Line Doctors suggest the same protocol post jab? I couldn’t find any info on their site about it.

it isn't as permanently impactful as planned.

the effect on immune system is not permanent.

However the organ damage from spike proteins in most cases is - just a bunch of mini-scarring in lungs, heart, veins. Makes everything weaker, more susceptible to future problems.
