Does P = Pfizer or the Pharmaceutical industry? They seem to "calling the shots". Literally.

it might mean Pindar, which is supposedly the name given to the one "person" on the planet that was allowed to communicate with the off-planet extraterrestrials. Supposedly it is/was Jacob Rotschild.
