Sorry, what is this? Some amateur Indian news agency showing buildings coming down because the developer ran out of money? 85000 “bombs”, you mean controlled demolitions?

This seems really weird and pointless. What am I missing? I see the parallels to 9/11 but this looks like nonsense and what does it have to do with the plan?!
