Neither of those videos you posted are real holograms.

The Dragon is from an augmented reality demo in South Korea that people could only see using their phones, not the naked eye: https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/dragon-over-baseball-stadium/

The whale is CGI creation to promote the startup augmented reality company called Magic Leap. This tech is also only viewable using the companies AR glasses. https://www.theregister.com/AMP/2016/12/09/magic_leap_neither_magic_nor_leaping/

I can debonk as many videos as you want, the tech doesn't exist yet to make this sort of thing visible to the naked eye, and I've worked in visual effects before. This is somewhat my passion, so trust me I would know if this tech existed.
