We were wondering if Obama quietly pardoned people, couldn’t Biden easily do the same?

When they're arrested and in gitmo being tried for treason I would say there's a good chance potatus won't be in office any longer.

I guess if he somehow manages to hang on for that long does it matter if he pardons them when they're six feet under?
