I don't imagine this is more important than devolution; quite the opposite. This is either an attempt at exposing more bad actors (it's interesting to see who/what Trump goes after versus who he doesn't) or a misguided attempt to set the record straight. I hope it's the former. If it's the latter, that seems petty and incredibly unlike the Trump I know. The country is suffering now and only getting worse by the day. Things like this can certainly wait until after devolution.
