it's the common material between Matthew and Mark in the Bible-known as the Sayings Gospel AKA Q-Source.

Q is short for Quelle which means 'source' in German.

many of the verses deal with similar material to our Q; building on a proper foundation, the rights of children, etc. the coincidences really are amazing once you start reading.

and Q tells us to read the Bible, so I think the teachings from the Q-Source part of the Bible, can help us in these crazy times.

because the Q-Source is a hypothetical document/compilations can vary a bit, but not much. this site has several good outlines, so you could use one along with your own Bible.
