This came from a 2016 article that you can even see from the image itself.

If you do a search you'll find a bunch of MSM hit pieces that support this article. Please don't let these posts trick you into thinking this is some new 2021 anti-anti-covid vax propaganda. Unless the person OP got this from believes they
