Take broccoli for instance. It changes your body's ability to regulate temperature. It's advertised as one of the healthiest veggies, yet it's poison. I take it you eat broccoli all the time. Did you know it's poison?
There are many different veggies that are bad for you in some way or the other. That's all I am talking about. Learn what is good for you to eat. Instead of just going all veggies are good.

If you're actually eating pounds of uncooked broccoli and kale each day (which is what you'd need to do in order to develop hypothyroidism), you're probably mentally ill.
And, true to form, the person who provided the information the article was based on writes for the New York Times and is indeed mentally ill based on her blog.
She drank so many vegetable smoothies she developed five cavities and hypothyroidism.

Broccoli is just fine in the amounts a normal person would eat. If you start eating things because you think they're healthy without researching the principles of health and nutrition, you'll probably overdo it. Everything in moderation except the death jabs and processed foods (man finds a way to fuck everything up).
Your "research" is laughable fear-porn for idiots: everything is bad for you if you eat too much for it and some people do have bad reactions to certain foods.
Grow some balls, eat a healthy balanced diet and cease living in fear of vegetables.

have you ever heard of hormesis? While I agree with you that meat is the healthiest thing a person can eat, there is a role for plants in maintaining health IMO.

I agree. Some veggies are great. Like I use cabbage to get rid of estrogen in my body, which results in having a trim wasteline. However most veggies are ass, and people eat that poison every day. Stroke and heart failing comes from veggie oils for instance. Normies are still clueless about what is healthy and what isn't.
Well I 100000% agree about vegetable oils being the dangerous ones (unsaturated bonds are prone to oxidation and inflammatory damage). But those are insanely processed, heated and separated via various solvents, quite different from a green vegetable.
Mostly on the same page though. Meat heals.
The various mechanisms vegetables have built up to deter attack from insects are part of why they are good for us. Micro stressors evoke responses within our nervous systems and immune systems. If you want to strengthen your inner workings you must ensure they are tested and exercised, the same as your muscles and your mind.
BTW - EVERYTHING is poison/will kill you, you just have to eat/drink enough of it.
It's the opposite. You don't eat things that have defense systems against being eaten.
