Many foods contain soy. I am trying to weed out, personally, all labels that say soy. Soy does things we don't even know about, probably. My MIL developed a small breast cancer while taking these weight control supplement shakes. What was the main ingredient? soy, I told her go off of them immediately and do not ever drink them again. She hasn't had a re-occurrence in 15 years.
