A few years ago I thought it would be a good idea to bring my cholesterol down a little, so I bought a bunch of fake meat to replace meat with when I cooked. I gained weight, felt like shit, and was the unhealthiest I’ve ever been. This year I just cut out bread, pasta, and rice, and am down almost 50 pounds.
