What stuff is getting blocked at the ports?

It isn't mail because in the last couple weeks I've gotten a couple of overseas items from Ebay which didnt seem to take any longer than usual.

What's on all those ships that we're getting short of?

I work retail, and the clothing/shoe deliveries from overseas are very late in coming. I've also seen warnings that the Christmas toys (oh no!!!!) are going to experience shortages.
