Yep like Clif High was saying I think there are some higher level beings controlling our elites from behind the scenes. I think they genetically engineered them to be highly psychopathic and told them that their genetics are special - that they are "God's Chosen Race". That's why they only inbreed with other elite families. Probably they were given orders to phase out the "normal" human race like the Neanderthals or Cro Magnon, but other universal forces are here to help the human race survive.
