They’re already complaining. I work in travel and they aren’t adjusting well to having no “help” very well. Also upset over shortened hours in their favorite vacay spots, no drivers, amenities cut down and spa hours limited. I keep a measured tone and keep repeating “many people opted to leave the workforce during the pandemic” like a mantra.
